What is the Bayswater Business Precinct Structure Plan?

The Structure Plan sets a long-term vision for the area, guiding future land use, development,

transport, open space, and infrastructure improvements. This project aims to evolve the

Bayswater Business Precinct into a resilient and future-ready industrial and commercial hub.

We’ve completed a Discussion Paper that outlines the key opportunities and challenges facing the area. We’re now inviting stakeholders to share their ambitions, priorities and ideas for the precinct’s future, to help ensure the Structure Plan reflects the needs and aspirations of those who know it best.
