We are holding our BB33 Pot Luck – End of Year Party 2024 for all our Boys, Leaders, Parents and their siblings in the lead up to December festival season (Christmas).
What is Pot Luck?
- Each family brings a dish to share with everyone. It can be a savoury or sweet dish.
Details as followed:
Location:
- Marie Wallace Bayswater Park, 799 Mountain Hwy, Bayswater VIC 3153
Official Starts:
- 7pm (arrive 30minutes if bringing raw meat to cook on BBQ). Please note BBQ facilities is limited as we are at a park.
Official Finish:
- 8.30pm (Group Photo taken at 8pm)
What families bring:
- 1 dish to share with everyone. The dish should be for a family of 4 people.
What BB provides:
- Napkins
- Disposable Cutlery
- Disposable Plates
- Disposable Cups
- Drinks (Juice and Soft Drinks)
What to wear:
- Boys & Leaders: BB Sportswear and sport shoes
- Parents & Siblings: Casual attires and sport shoes
