BCA is developing a Service Charter and we are seeking your input.
A Service Charter is a document that sets out the types and standard of service you can expect to receive from BCA when you engage with us.
Prior to the event we will distribute a draft of the Service Charter and invite members to provide their feedback on the document. This can be done over the phone by calling 1800 033 660, via an email to bca@bca.org.au or, by attending BCA Inform and discussing your thoughts directly with us.
We will then provide a finalised version of the Service Charter in the weeks following the event.

Please note that in the interest of accessibility, all BCA online events are recorded and made available to the public via the BCA website and the completion of your registration provides consent for this recording.
If you would rather not have your contributions to the session recorded, you may submit your questions or contributions to BCA staff by calling 1800 033 660 or emailing events@bca.org.au at least 24hrs prior to the event, or you may access the recording rather than attending the live event.
