Event description
Learn about the ethical dilemmas that impact the global flower industry and how you as a consumer can make the right choice when buying flowers. Learn how to grow your own flowers at home, which varieties are best for bunching and why, as well as harvesting and storing techniques.
You will pick your own flowers, learn some tips and tricks for arranging them and take your very own bunch home with you.
Come and be a florist for a day with Jesse or Dash our farmers at Bundoora Park Farm!
The cost is for a group of up to 10 people and includes an snack with coffee and tea in the garden.
Sessions are available Wednesdays 1pm - 3pm and Thursdays 10am - 12pm throughout November, December and January.
