For the final event of HERE in Nowra, we’re inviting people from across The Shoalhaven and beyond to come together for something simple, unusual, and quietly powerful.


Just twenty minutes.

No phones.

No talking.

No experience needed.


Just people sitting together with their eyes closed.

No matter your faith, your beliefs or your eyes closed practice. Let's be together.


Some will meditate. Some will reflect. Some will simply enjoy a rare moment of stillness in the company of others.


Whether you meditate every day or have never tried anything like this before, you are welcome.


Come on your own, bring a friend, or bring the whole family.
