Are you self-managing your NDIS plan? This online workshop is essential for you. We’ll walk you through your rights and responsibilities around record keeping, how to make good claims, and how to prepare for a payment review with confidence.

Our guest speakers are both from the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Alex Rosenthal, Branch Manager, Engagement and Inclusion, and Georgina McGrath, Branch Manager of Scalable Integrity Responses.

This is your chance to get clear, practical advice so you can feel prepared and supported in making claims.

At this session, Alex and Georgina will provide an overview of the different ways claims can be reviewed. This will include sharing information on what the NDIA looks at when reviewing a claim, how to avoid common mistakes, and what a payment review might involve.

Definition: A payment review is NOT a plan review. A review is similar to an audit - someone from the NDIA will look through your claims and work out whether or not they can be funded under the NDIS
