To coincide with the Geelong stage of the Yoorrook Walk for Truth, Be Tru 2 Uluru and Platform Arts invite you to a special screening of Our Warrior: The story of Robbie Thorpe.
Robbie is a proud Gurnai/Gundditjmara man and Aboriginal political activist. Commissioner Lovett has extensive experience working to improve the rights and lives of Aboriginal people, including across several Victorian Government departments, in youth services, justice and the not-for-profit sector.
Following the event, there will be an informal yarning circle and light refreshments provided by WaiiBean Soul Food, owned and operated by proud Torres Strait Island woman, Julie Saylor.
