In this no-cost deep-dive full-day training, you will get some of the latest scientific insights into ways to improve your mental health and wellbeing. You will explore a variety of mental health topics, including stress management, countering thinking traps, exploring meaning and purpose, mindfulness, and much more.

You will access a wellbeing assessment providing confidential insights into six key areas: wellbeing, resilience, anxiety, stress, mood, and health. Based on your results, you'll create a personalised plan to develop ongoing wellbeing habits and integrate activities into your work routine. You will receive a printed workbook summarising the session and practical activities, an evidence-based activity bank with over 30 wellbeing practices, and a participation certificate.

This training will be held in person in Adelaide and includes free refreshments and lunch.

Foundational knowledge about mental health, wellbeing and resilience
Your personal wellbeing drivers
The way stress impacts our body and typical stress responses to look out for
The negativity bias and how to overcome it
A range of practical activities aimed at improving wellbeing resources or reducing challenges

The importance of habit formation and some tips and tricks to help you build or strengthen your existing wellbeing habits
