Every Full Moon Event we come together for yoga, quiet time, journalling, social time, dance and fireside chats.

FORMAT:

5.15 - 5.45 pm: Wholesome refreshments and social interaction with our wellness community. Hosted by Look After Me.

5.45 - 7 pm: Wellness Circle opens

Breathwork, stretches, meditation and journaling.

Creating a sacred space for your hopes, dreams and healing.

7 pm - 8.15 pm: Light dinner + social + De-Tox clinic.

Your choice of light dinner (vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy free and wholefood options.

Social time under the pergola, or enjoy the summer vibe relaxing in one of our hammocks, deck spot or garden.

Our De-Tox Clinic will also be open for Consults, Ionising De-Tox Foot baths, information on prorgrammes, nutriceuticals and recipes.

8.30 pm - 10 pm. Gather under the full moon for a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening through the art of
Ecstatic Chakra Dance. Combining rhythmic movement, vibrant music andmeditative moments, this unique experience brings deep harmony and resonance to the energy channels, fuelling the body, mind, and soul.

Ecstatic Chakra Dance is a semi-guided, free-flowing dance therapy that explores the seven energy centres of the body, known as chakras. Systematically clearing and aligning the chakras helps release stress, negative emotions and move stagnant energy.

Movements and dance can further improve your health by physically regulating hormones and psychologically rewiring the mind to become “unstuck” from negative patterns and ways of thinking. You can’t ask for a more challenging cardio session!

Nadine Prinsloo and DJ Twisted Kiwi present an evening of amazing music,dynamic movement and soulful connection. Nadine guides attendees through each chakra using ancient yogic wisdom and semi-guided movement helping people to find their unique expressive dance.

Every track on the stunning playlist is carefully selected and perfectly mixed by the skilful hands of DJ Twisted Kiwi. This talented local DJ has played at New Zealand festivals including Earth Beat, Revive and New Earth.

MEET OUR 'BE WELL' COLLECTIVE

We're a group of healers, teachers and practioners who enjoy sharing knowledge to help people heal from emotional, physical or mental trauma, grief and stress.

Our Wellness Collective formed to teach helpful, effective practices (like yoga, meditation, journaling and dance) to re-align and re-charge your energetic systems. In turn, this can make you feel healthier and happier.

Nothing beats the energetic uplift from experiencing the lightness and power of a Full Moon group. It amplifies your healin experience.

WHO COMES TO BE WELL?

We are age and gender friendly.

Our community is people interested in wholistic approaches to their own personal wellbeing.

We share nourishing mind-body-soul practices like yoga, meditation, journaling, sound journeys and dancing as ways to encourage clarity and healing in your life.

Our events are helpful for people healing from emotional, physical mental trauma, grief, stress and various medical conditions.

If you can, we recommend you come for the whole evening for a full Mind-Body-Soul experience.

We host our Be Well Events, at the Hindu Heritage Centre, close to every Full Moon In 2025.
