We are BACK for another wellness morning! After our first three events by the coast we are officially moving indoors during winter to warm up and get down to business. With self-love and care in mind, this session is for anyone and everyone whether you are at the peak of your self care journey or just dipping your toe in. 

 

Move your body with an invigorating Pilates session and delve deep into how to truly love yourself for who you are right now in this guided journalling and mindfulness session! Led by Chloé from Pilates with Chloé, this session offers the essential balance of health and wellness in the cosy winter season. Take a break from your busy schedule and treat yourself to an uplifting morning with like-minded others.

✨ What to Expect:
✔ An invigorating Pilates flow and stretch

✔ To get out of your comfort zone

✔ To dive into why you are deserving of your own love and care

✔ To learn practical and written practices to grow your relationship with yourself

✔ To meet new people

ABOUT CHLOE

Chloe is a Pilates instructor passionate about encouraging movement and mindfulness for long-term health and wellness in those in the local and extended community. She is qualified and insured to teach prenatal/postpartum and those recovering from injury. For any specific concerns please specify when booking. Please note tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it on the day please kindly pass your ticket onto a friend or family member to go in your place.

FAQ:

Can I bring children to this event?

- This will be a child-free class we would love for you to be able to switch off completely which can be tricky with little ones around!

I am pregnant/postpartum, can I still come?

- Yes! Please specify in your booking notes. You may wish to bring a pillow to sit on during this as we will be seated on the floor! If you'd prefer to only attend the journalling/mindfulness section it starts at 10.05am (individual tickets available)

How long will the event go for? 

- Pilates will be from 9.15am - 10.00 am

- Journalling and Mindfulness will be from 10.05 am-11.00 am

- Session will finish at approximately 11.00 am.

What do I bring?

- A Pilates/Yoga mat, a towel, a drink bottle, journal, pen, and a jumper or blanket in case you get cold.
