What is beach education?

Beach education introduces children aged 5 years and over to lifesaving. It allows children to participate in safe, controlled and structured activities in a beach environment, catering for all levels of experience and skill, the program focuses on fun and education in a positive environment. This session will give participants a taste of what lifesaving is all about and help participants to understand how to be safe at the beach. Participants do not need to be able to swim.
