We start our sessions with gentle movements and stretches, opening up your body and mind. 

Flowing into interactive connection games, forging bonds with like-minded people

Then enter a state of bliss with a 'Wim Hof' inspired breathwork flow and gratitude practice, embracing the power of your breath and the abundance of the present moment.

Finishing our morning off with an invigorating ice bath experience, & ocean dip, igniting your senses and leaving you feeling alive and revitalised.

Location: Alex heads Beach, Sunshine Coast - located on the beach 100m to the left of the skatepark

Please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can kick off right on 6am
