Los Arcos x USBG Surfrider Beach Clean Up
Event description
In celebration of #EarthDay and honoring #sustainability, we invite you to join Los Arcos Agave (@losarcosagave), Surfrider San Diego (@surfridersandiego) and USBG SD Chapter (@usbgsd) for a day of sipping & service, with a #beachcleanup followed by specialty cocktails and pours at Cococabana (@cococabanaoside) and Coco Maya (@cocomayasd), (with an after party at Crafted Coupe @craftedcoupe ).
We’ll start by taking the train to Oceanside, doing our part to reduce our #carbonfootprint . Next, we’ll meet up with our friends at Surfrider to clean up our favorite places to play – after all, our local beaches are protected by volunteers! – enjoying a fun day in the sand while #removingtrash, raising awareness about #coastalpollution, all while helping Surfrider collect data that influences laws to #reducepollution .
After the clean-up, we’ll head over to #happyhour at Cococabana to enjoy some rooftop refreshments, sponsored by Los Arcos. A group shuttle will then take us to Coco Maya, to celebrate the days’ eco accomplishments. Finally, an after party at everyone’s favorite, Crafted Coupe. There’s no better way to celebrate an #industry #EarthDay ! We can’t wait to see you there!
*Space for the clean-up is *LIMITED*, so RSVP RIGHT AWAY!!! The first 15 people to RSVP & ATTEND the clean up, will receive a complimentary Sunmud sunscreen!
**Everyone is welcome at Cococabana, Coco Maya and Crafted Coupe. If you plan to take group transportation (i.e. train to Oceanside; shuttle back to Little Italy), confirmation via email is REQUIRED on or before Friday, April 18th ( send to sandiego@usbg.org )
