Meet on the grass out the front of Orange Box at Leighton Beach at 10am sharp, we will then walk down to the beach together for the session.
1 hour of meditation + dip afterwards
Through the practice of beach meditation, encompassing breath work and mindfulness techniques, we'll discover the art of cultivating presence, enabling us to sit in nature and embrace the beauty of simply being. This immersive experience will guide you in developing your own personal practice, fostering mindfulness skills that can be applied to daily life, promoting inner peace and harmony.
