Join us for a pop-up sunset community breathwork and sound bowl session on the beach!

This session will be a more gentle approach to breathwork, with community connection, an extended mediation and sound bowls to finish. Rug, up, come along in your comfiest clothes as we round out the weekend with a giant hug for our nervous system.

Stress is well-known to be the biggest contributing factor to inflammation - the precursor to all dis-ease in the body.

When we understand that the breath alters our whole physiology and biology and offers a doorway into regulating our nervous system, things get exciting.

It's time to start unwinding accumulated stress and tension from the body, and access the authentic, present and regulated person you know deep down you ARE.

These sessions are an opportunity for us to gather together as community and offer a space for you to test out these practices to see if they’re right for you. ❤️
