About

The Supporting Teacher Wellbeing webinar series is returning to the ReadCloudVET professional learning platform, building on the positive feedback from the 2025 and 2026 sessions.

This four-part series will run over four weeks in Term 1 2027 and is free for all ReadCloudVET Trainers and School Staff.

We hope that this wellbeing support empowers teachers to strengthen resilience, manage stress and reconnect with their inner resources.

The series covers Character Strengths, Mindfulness (RAIN strategy), Beating Burnout and Managing Your Energy and Self-Compassion, supporting educators to thrive personally while modelling optimism and wellbeing in their classrooms.

Session 3 - Beating Burnout and Managing Your Energy

This session aims to help educators better understand burnout and its impact on wellbeing and performance. Explore the common signs and workplace factors that contribute to burnout, and why it is more common than many people realise. Through practical, evidence-based strategies, you’ll learn how to recharge, reset, and better manage your energy to perform at your best.
