Seniors Week: Beating the Bounds with Merri-bek BUG
Event description
Join Merri-bek Bicycle User Group for a fun sociable ride 'beating the bounds' of Merri-bek!
Meet at Brunswick Town Hall ready to depart at 10:30am.
We'll head to the Upfield Path and from there ride the boundaries of Merri-bek on shared paths along the Upfield, Merri Creek, Moonee Ponds Creek and Ring Road.
The exact direction of the ride around Merri-bek will be decided depending on. the wind direction on the day.
BYO Picnic lunch as we'll be stopping along the way.
We ride at the pace that suits the slowest rider and no one is left behind! If you decide you want to leave the ride early we'll help you work out a safe route home.
This ride is 100% community powered and FREE but make sure you register so we can plan ahead!
