Our chef will be serving up a mouth-watering menu, using fresh, local ingredients to create dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. Meanwhile, a lineup of top-tier DJs will keep the energy alive with an eclectic mix of beats, ensuring the night is filled with rhythm and flavor.

Join its for our first Beats and Bites event at the beautiful George Lounge in St.Kilda.

What to look forward to:

- Doors will open at 7pm

- Enjoy a welcome glass of sparkling wine for the first hour only.

- Canapes and petit fours from 7pm to 11pm.

- DJ's playing all night from 7pm to 11pm.

Whats on the menu:

- Confit duck rillette on sesame lavosh shiso and fig & gin preserve.

- Beef short rib bao with spicy soy, pickled cabbage slaw and fried shallots.

- Wild mushroom tart with miso caramilized onions, umboshi vinegar and sesame.

- Potato terrine with dried kimchi, wasabi creme fraiche and smoked roe. 

- spring vegetable tart with salsa verde, cured egg yolk and lemon balm.

- Assorted petit fours.
