Interested in making a real contribution to science from your home, school, workplace, or local community? Citizen science is a powerful way for anyone to support research across health, environment, astronomy, history, technology, and more. We will showcase some biodiversity-related projects happening in NSW.

In this interactive webinar organised by ACSA NSW, your local chapter of the Australian Citizen Science Association, you’ll learn:

• What citizen science is and why it matters

• The benefits of taking part for individuals, communities, and organisations

• How to find and join citizen science projects across NSW (both indoor and outdoor, online and in-person)

• How to get started collecting and sharing data on iNaturalist

• Plus a 30-minute Q&A where you can bring your questions, ideas, and curiosity

Whether you're completely new to citizen science or already involved and looking to connect with others, you are warmly welcome.
