Becoming a Carer for Kids Information Session - Online - 24 September 2026
Description
Right now 350 homes are needed for children and young people in out-of-home care. If you've ever thought about opening up your home and your heart to a child in need, join us at an information session and make a difference in a child’s life.
This event is hosted by Carers for Kids NSW and features representatives from Department of Communities and Justice NSW and Non-Government agencies, plus a carer sharing their real-life experience.
Note: These sessions are tailored to Potential Carers however Authorised Carers may attend if they are accompanying a Potential Carer.
The online event will start at 7:00 pm and will be as follows:

Q&A between Potential Carers and Local Carer
