Please choose this amount if you are using professional development funds or you are not paying out of your personal pocket (i.e. you are an organization paying for staff to attend). We offer a sliding scale to make our programming accessible to folks of all income levels. Registration covers transaction fees, wages for instructors and the broader team, software, and administration fees. We start our sliding scale at $150. You can choose any amount at or above $150. Below are our general guidelines: $150-$250 - This level is for you if you are a student, unemployed, under-employed, single parent, or part of a historically marginalized community. $300-$450 - This level sustains our staff and helps pay instructors at a level that supports their work. This level is recommended for folks with a stable income. $600 - This is the value of our course.
