Becoming Self-Aware Through NLP
Event description
How many times have you done or said something and asked yourself, "Why did I say or do that?" We develop many subconscious traits as we move through our life path, and often they do not serve us well. It is only when we become aware of our inner selves that we can work on those things we want to change.
Join us again this Sunday for another empowering discussion on "Becoming Self-Aware Through NLP" with our special guest, one of our recent Bali NLP 2024 Master Practitioners, BaVT, Cert's Elect Engineering & Process Plant Control, Dip Fire Investigation, and Master Practitioner of NLP, Jay Wessels. NLP offers tools and processes to help us discover and ameliorate the effects of old, unwanted habits and thinking patterns.
In this 90-minute workshop, we will cover:
1. What factors contribute to our self-identity?
2. How do external influences, such as friends and family, impact us?
3. What steps can we take to maintain a healthy balance between internal and external sources?
Furthermore, when you join our live Zoom webinar, you'll receive neutral feedback from others in breakout workgroups and gain an understanding of how our identity is shaped by the communities we choose to live in.
