Chrissy has consciously been on her own personal growth journey for over 30 years, during which time she has studied, practiced trained in many different modalities that have activated the creation of a truly fulfilling life - a life by design - you could say.

Walking the talk is her mantra. Supporting women to feel the fear and still walk through their discomfort in the pursuit of the life they want to live.

Having worked in her business indirectly as a coach with thousands of women over 30+ years, Chrissy’s focus is to share that body of learning and experience as a coach, one-on one or in workshops where women start to feel excited around what’s possible for there lives instead of just settling.

The Three Brains
