BEE A Part Of The Art at Centre City

In partnership with Imagine Play Inspire, Centre City is buzzing with creativity these school holidays!

Inspired by the amazing world of bees, children can join us for hands-on art sessions and help create a giant community artwork, one colourful piece at a time. From painting and creating to imagining and exploring, every little artist will have the chance to leave their mark.

Week One | Ages 3+

28 September - 2 October

Mix, splash, dab and create! Week One is all about messy play and creative exploration. Using watercolours, paint and a variety of hands-on materials, little artists can experiment with colour, texture and movement while contributing to our community artwork. Perfect for curious minds aged 3+.

Week Two | Ages 7+

5 October - 9 October

It's time to bring the hive to life! Older children will create concept drawings and illustrations inspired by the world of bees, helping shape and personalise our interactive display. From imaginative bee characters to buzzing hive scenes, each artwork will become part of a vibrant community installation.
