Bee Bonanza

🐝 Be a citizen scientist and get to know our precious pollinators!

Join us and learn all about what pollinators call Penrith home. We will build simple bee hotels for you to take home to your garden, use iNaturalist to be citizen scientists and record our findings, and we will do a weeding activity to improve habitat for our pollinators.

Each participant will receive a free Native Bee Field Guide.

We will also have a yummy morning tea.

What do I need to wear and bring?

•         Wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt, sturdy closed-in shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

•         Bring a bottle of water.

The event is open to everyone with and without Bushcare experience. Children must be supervised by an adult.
