Event description

Join us for a hands-on workshop with native bee ecologist Dr Kit Prendergast and discover how you can "bee the change" for Australia’s vital native pollinators.

After an engaging and informative presentation, participants will build their own bee hotel to take home — with materials kindly prepared by the Leschenault Men’s Shed.

Spaces are limited to 20 boxes available — single adult ticket will get you one box for one person, family ticket will get you one box for more than one person (please indicate in your ticket how many people you are booking for).

Morning tea provided and three $50 Leschenault Community Nursery vouchers up for grabs!

Please wear enclosed shoes. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

This event is supported by the City of Bunbury through their Habitat Bunbury Project, and by the Leschenault Catchment Council's Estuary Connect Program, funded by Lotterywest - helping build a better WA together, and Water Corporation.
