Due South invites you to join their incredible team and Jed Gerrard from the Ritz-Carlton Perth for a delicious three course long table dinner.The menu will be crafted by the Due South kitchen and Jed Gerrard to showcase the best fresh produce available from the Great Southern region and feature Due South's dry aged beef.
Each course will be paired with a premium wine from award winning winery, Cherubino Wines.
