Beethoven on Bruny

In our final concert from 2026, the DSO is catching the ferry to Bruny Island! Our concert will be in the Alonnah Community Hall. We will be conducted by William Newberry and we will feature soloist Cristina Sigrist.

The concert will open with the Magic Flute Overture by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (K. 620), before the inspiring Cristina Sigrist takes the stage as a soloist performing Salut d'Amour (Love's Greetings) by Edward Elgar, supported by the DSO strings. After intermission, we will conclude our concert with Symphony No. 5 by Ludwig van Beethoven.

For this concert, we have reduced ticket prices and have also introduced a family ticket.
