Are you looking for a gentle way to build strength and balance, or perhaps a soothing stretch to complement your regular gym sessions? Join us for our Beginner-friendly Yoga Class TERM 2, running from 20th July to 21st September. It's the perfect opportunity to integrate a new, healthy habit that will help you become stronger, healthier, and happier.
This class offers a welcoming and supportive environment for exploring yoga. With a small class size of only 5 people, you'll receive personalized attention tailored to your practice, ensuring a rewarding experience for everyone.
Class Details:
Time: Every Saturday, 8:30-9:30 AM (Additional classes will be scheduled on other dates when more than 2 students request them)
Drop-in Fee: 30 AUD
One Term [10 classes]: 250 AUD
What to Bring: Please bring your yoga mat. Yoga blocks and bolsters will be provided to enhance your practice.
New Student Form: To ensure your experience is personalized, I have a short new student form to understand your yoga goals and any physical limitations. Please fill it out the day before your first class.
Arrival Time: Arriving 5-10 minutes early will allow us to start promptly and make the most of our time together.
Pet-Friendly Household: While my furry friends may not join us, please note that this is a pet-friendly household. If you have allergies, kindly refrain from booking.
