Beginner Aerials workshop

Aerials are a truly iconic part of Swing Dancing – swing legend Frankie Manning’s eyes would light up when talking about air steps.

In this workshop you’ll learn the basics of flying, with a few amazing aerial moves, and how to dance in and out of them. You’ll also get tips on good aerials technique and how to spot and practice safely. You can expect a few history nuggets, and some rest/drink breaks along the way.

*Please arrive a few minutes before the advertised start time, to check in and be ready to dance at the start of the session.*

Pair Passes only (1 Base + 1 Flyer) – you must register with a partner, and we will not change partners throughout the workshop.
