This 4 week taste tester and introduction is SO much more than a hoop class. It is a beautiful remembrance and reconnection to the inner child within waiting to PLAY again. To hoop can bring up more then expected, for some of us, we haven't played since childhood and it takes a very safe and special place to allow the walls to drop and be comfortable to try something new again. 

 Whether you have not stepped into a hoop since a child or ever at all or have one laying dusty in storage, if this ignites a little spark in you, I invite you to come along and gain some insight into the limitless world of hoop and the most important part, connecting back to your SELF with like-minded souls.

Stacey is super passionate about sharing the medicine of PLAY to bring more joy and light into our communities. In this 4 week mini term you can expect to connect deeper with your body and gain love for self as well as learning waist hooping and many fun tricks to play with at home, including a short flow by the end of term. Stacey will also share resources on where to get your first hoop and connection to hoopers worldwide to continue learning from the best!
