Beginner hula hooping at Tonsley, Thursdays 7-8 pm

Welcome!

I will meet you a little before 7 pm at our class venue; the outdoor lawn on the far north end of the Flinders University building at Tonsley. (This is not the building near the Medical Centre. It is near Ayliffes Road.)

To find me, park near MAB gate 1, the main entrance, and walk west past the big vertical cement columns holding up the Flinders Uni balcony. Just past the stairs you will see the lawn with trees, on your right, and that is where we will be.

I have a toilet key and water is nearby.

Please make sure you have clothes you can move in, and a warm top for after sunset. Footwear is optional..bare feet are fine, but we can work on cement if you wish.

I will be teaching you very easy moves on a range of hoops, and it will be a lot of fun!
