    Event description

This 2-part series is for anyone interested in improvisation as an art form and as a way of exploring and developing responses to being in the moment.

Working in this way is phenomenologically-based, that is, work is generated from what you are experiencing and through generative process.

Attendees don't need a background in performance but should be interested in what performance might mean for themselves and how they might experience performance practice as a way of deepening self-knowledge, confidence and awareness in relationships.

Feedback to self and others will be based on improviser-legend Al Wunder’s ‘positive feedback’ model.

    This is a series of 2 x 2-hour sessions.

Participants will need to be able to attend BOTH sessions on Sunday afternoons:

    • 15 May, 2.00 - 4.00 PM (AEST)
    • 29 May, 2.00 - 4.00 PM (AEST)

You only need to purchase one ticket for the entire series.

    Who is this event for?

    • Musicians, dancers and actors interested in improvisation are welcome, but no prior experience in performance or improvisation required!
