Join us for an exciting Sourdough Workshop in Tulsa, taught by Stephanie Gibson. Affectionately known as the ‘Dough Mama,’ Stephanie is a local baker and mom who has a passion for sourdough and hopes to inspire others to share her love for it!
In this hands-on workshop, Stephanie will guide us through the process of starting a sourdough loaf, sharing helpful tips and information along the way. Together, we’ll prepare a loaf of bread for you to take home and bake later, and we’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy cookies and delicious bread with different flavorings. The biggest mistake you can make with sourdough is simply not starting. Come learn the basics and start your sourdough journey with us!
