Event description

Join us for a Beginners Ashtanga Yoga practice. Learn the basics of the Ashtanga Primary Series and experience the mental and physical benefits of the practice. 
Bring water and a yoga mat. 

No class on Mondays that fall on the new moon or the full moon. Take rest on moon days. 

***Note: there are cats that call Romarin et. Corbeaux home.***
