- How and when to harvest
- Step-by-step guide from germination to storage with tips on best practices
- Different processing methods with hands-on examples
- Participants with receive a hand-out to accompany the knowledge to practice in their own gardens

Toni Remy is an experienced facilitator from Bega Valley Seed Savers, a vibrant community of volunteers saving local seeds of edible plants for the past 20 years.
