Learn to sew in this fun Saturday three-week beginners sewing class with a twist, open to adults and teens. Learn all the basics of sewing AND how to do it using a zero waste/upcycled ethos. Â
You will learn to:Â
- Confidently use a sewing machineÂ
- Use the straight stitch and zigzag stitchÂ
- Finish the seamÂ
- Repurpose old garments and source great upcycled materials for your projects.
 If you are brand new to sewing you will get to know your machine andmake a bag. For those with a little experience, you can extend your pattern reading knowledge to make a simple project.Â
When: Every Saturday from 31 August - 14 Sept 9.30 am-12 pm
