Beginners Sign Language - Course 1A

We are delighted to be offering the New Zealand Sign Language Beginners Course 1A once again at Highbury House. Barry will be returning to teach this 8 week course starting Monday 12th October, 7-9pm which will offer an introduction to NZSL - an official language of New Zealand.

Many of those that attended this course in Term 2, carried on to complete the follow on 1B course in Term 3, so we are looking forward to sharing NZSL with a new group of learners in Term 4.

The cost is $150 per person, materials included. Attendees are 16 years and older, however we welcome those aged 12+ if accompanied by an adult.

Please note there will be no class on Monday 26th October as this is Labour Day. This is an 8 week course starting Monday 12th October with the final class on Monday 7th December 2026.
