Clay & Calm - Art Therapy Based Workshop Series
Event description
Ants Move Clay presents a year-long series of grounding, creative, art therapy workshops designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the quiet wisdom that emerges through working with clay. Each workshop in the series invites you into a different theme, and are both stand alone and sessions that connect to eachother. Attend just 1, or book for multiple!
No experience is needed; each session is gentle, scaffolded, and supported by a qualified art therapist.
All workshops are 2 hours, include Australian-made clay, bisque (single) firing, tea, and light snacks, and are suitable for ages 16+.
The sessions are trauma-sensitive, neurodivergent-friendly, and adaptable for mobility or sensory needs.
Come as you are.
