Join us for a intimate group breathwork journey where we will start to explore our inner worlds through conscious connected breathwork and shared experience.  

All genders welcome.

Breathwork is great for relieving stress and anxiety, releasing stuck emotion and traumas from the body, and giving ourselves intentional space to feel.

Dropping out of our minds and connecting with our bodies - creating safety and trust and building our alignment with our intuition.

This style of breathwork is a transformational somatic practice where we delve into our subconscious and into our body to feel, release, and clear whatever we are ready to. This practice takes us into a non-ordinary state of consciousness which supports the expression of stuck emotions, memories, or simply daily stress that is being held in our soma, and supports our mental and emotional wellbeing - feeling lighter and more connected to ourselves.

Take time for yourself to feel, heal, and let go of what you need to so you can live your best life free from emotional baggage. 

Group breathwork circles are great way to either introduce yourself to breathwork, or if you are an experienced breather, or to try a new environment.

Breathwork has been proven to be beneficial for depression, anxiety, anger resolution, trauma healing, and emotional capacity building.

✨️Safe and intimate environment - limited to 5 the focus is on keeping you within your capacity, meeting you where you are at, providing an individual journey. Everyone is different and every journey is different. No headphones here ❌️

✨️Space for connection, sharing and reflection in a safe and confidential environment.

✨️60 - 90 minute conscious connected breathwork journey

✨️Post journey integration support

Mats, pillows and blankets are provided.

Please bring:

- A bolster or own yoga mat/ blanket for comfort (if desired)

- Journal and pen (if desired)

- Water bottle

Wear comfy clothes, and please avoid caffiene and heavy meals 4 hours before.

BREATHWORK CONTRAINDICATIONS

Please be aware that this style of conscious connected breathwork can bring up emotion and memories that are needing to be healed. Safety is paramount and you will be supported and guided to ensure any emotion and memories are integrated into the body before we close. 

Please see below contraindications for undertaking this style of breathwork - if you are experiencing any of these or have any other conditon you would like to discuss, please contact El before booking. 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The following medical conditions are contraindicated to breathwork such as, but not being limited, to:

- Acute schizophrenia or bi-polar disorder

- Epilepsy

- Heart conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, history of stroke)

- Respiratory conditions (e.g. COPD, asthma)

- Pregnancy

- Recent surgery or serious injury (particularly to abdominal/chest)

- Detached retina or glaucoma

Having a contraindication from the above list does not necessarily mean you will be unable to participate, but will require medical consult and clearance prior to booking. 

By completing this booking, you acknowledge that you do not have a contraindication from the above list, or if you do, you have advised the organisers and sought medical advice and clearance.
