Travel instructions

The Pioneer Theatre is easily accessible by the Sydney Metro Northwest via Castle Hill Station.​ Opposite Castle Hill Station is a bus interchange with multiple services to the City of Sydney, Parramatta and surrounding suburbs. If you're travelling by car, the Pioneer Theatre has undercover parking for approximately 250 cars.

Entry instructions

Once you arrive at the venue you will either enter via the lift from the carpark or via the automatic doors. You will arrive in the foyer which has been transported into the north pole. You will have the option of exploring what the north pole has on offer or heading to the merchandise stand to grab yourself a program, book or souvenir OR head into any of the break out rooms to experience some christmas magic, grab a snack or beverage from our concessional stands or head straight into the theatre to grab your seat.

After entry instructions

You can either explore all the different break out spaces in the foyer which are full of christmas magic OR grab a christmas snack from our various concessional stands OR head straight into the theatre to snatch your seat - the choice is yours

Toilet location

As soon as you enter the foyer you will head straight down the hallway past the box office and see the accessible toilets and bathrooms on your left.

Accessible parking

Accessible Car Parking spaces can be found in the underground carpark however it is only 3 hour parking so street parking or Castle Towers may be a better option
