::: BELLY DANCE COURSE - SPRING TERM 8 WEEKS :::

Come and learn how to belly dance with Carlotta, a international belly dancer with years of teaching and formation among some of the biggest world teachers of this art. This is an 8 weeks course, Spring Term, dedicated to the Earth Element. During this course you will learn and experience: 

- basic and intermediate movements, steps and combos 

- a full choreography and the chance to perform it ;) 

- cultural references, history of belly dance and musicality 

- physical benefits of bellydance's posture 

- make new friends and have fun :D 


Every class is 1 hour and 15 minutes long and it includes a short warm up and cool down. 

You can wear comfy clothes and if you want an hip scarf; dance shoes, shocks or being barefoot is suggested :D 

For basic to intermediate dancers, in the beautiful and cosy Shakti Yoga Studio in Byron Bay.
