Step into a sacred space created just for women, a sanctuary where the noise of the outside world gently dissolves and time begins to soften. Here, soft candlelight flickers, the air is warm and nurturing, and you are held in a container of deep presence, safety, and sisterhood. This is more than a breathwork session, it is a sacred return to Self.

You close your eyes and breathe.
Inhale… the warmth of belonging.
Exhale… the weight you’ve carried for too long.

As you settle in, your breath begins to flow, gentle, rhythmic, connected. The resonance of sound weaves through the space and through your body, soothing your nervous system, softening the armour, and guiding you inward.

You feel the shift, subtle at first, then undeniable. Old patterns loosen their grip. Energy blocks melt away. Space opens up within your heart, your womb, your breath, inviting clarity, connection, and calm. It’s as if your breath is singing your soul back to you, inviting you to let go… to flow… to return home.

Beltane is the festival of fire, fertility, and blossoming life, a sacred threshold where earth and spirit dance in union. Through the breath, we can kindle this inner fire, open to the life force moving within us, and attune to the pulse of creation itself. As we journey with the breath at Beltane, we are invited to ignite our inner flame and call forth the dreams and visions ready to be birthed into being.

I am here, holding space, weaving sound, guiding breath, beside you as you cross the threshold into your own becoming. This is the journey of remembering who you are beneath the layers, beneath the noise.

FlowBREATH is a sacred space for women to be seen, heard, and deeply held. It reconnects us to ourselves, to each other, and to the ancient wisdom of the breath.

NOTE: Breathwork is a deeply transformative process and your safety is of highest priority, therefore there are some contraindications which would not allow for your participation in the FlowBREATH ~ Breathwork Journey.

These are: Diagnosed Severe PTSD, Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis), Epilepsy, history of seizures, heart issues, high blood pressure, recent surgery or recovery. If you are pregnant please contact Emma to discuss if the session is suitable for you.

Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving emotional release.
