Celebration of Ben Smith's Life

Ben Smith’s family is pleased to invite his friends and colleagues to celebrate Ben’s life with a short remembrance ceremony. We look forward to sharing stories of Ben and hearing about the impact he had on others.
We will share light refreshments towards the end of the event, with some vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Among his various interests, Ben was well known and highly regarded in the sport of eventing and the wider equestrian community. National Capital Horse Trials Association will host a function to recognise Ben’s enormous contribution and legacy at its upcoming event on Saturday 5 April. This event will be open to all who knew Ben through equestrian sport.
