Parenting Support – Effective communication and coping strategies
Legal Guidance – Understand your rights and legal options after trauma
Art Therapy – Practicing self-care, compassion, and creativity through crating self-care boxes
Mindfulness & Meditation – Calm the breath, calm the body, and calm the mind.
