Bend & Blaze Yoga is returning to BK, and we're setting the mood for a dreamy evening on the mat.
Think soft candlelight, moonlit vibes, lush greenery, and views of the East River and Manhattan skyline. We'll flow through an all-levels vinyasa practice, blending mindful movement, a little elevation, and community in a space made for slowing down and soaking it all in.
We're gathering at Third Door Brooklyn, a beautiful community studio designed to help you rest, reset, and reconnect. With its peaceful atmosphere, it's the perfect setting to escape the hustle and find your flow.
Whether you're a Bend & Blaze regular or joining us for the first time, come as you are and get ready to unwind. Mats and props are provided if you'd rather leave yours at home!
