Event description
Benefolk Grant Clinic
Increasingly, grantmakers are requesting a well thought through service proposal / quote to accompany your grant application for capacity building support.
We know how hard that can be: where to go, who to trust, what do I need? And it’s why we developed a tailored service proposal service to support you.
Benefolk Grant Clinic helps you:
- Work through your needs for 1 or more professional service providers
- Ensure that your costings and budget for service are accurate, therefore not leaving you out of pocket
- Have a strategic sounding board from our experienced consulting team
- Look at the services sequencing to ensure it’s sustainable and viable for you to execute, therefore reducing risk in achieving deliverables within the grant period
- Tap into the Benefolk Network of highly vetted service providers
Benefolk has a simple mission, which is to support changemakers with the tools and support they need to achieve their desired impact, without burning out.
Who runs the Clinic?
The Grant Clinic is run by our CEO/Founder Julia Keady, who leads the Benefolk Services and Concierge team. Julia has worked with hundreds of CEO's, listening in, and helping them explore the solutions available through insourcing/outsourcing to achieve the priorities for the year ahead. Julia draws from 30 year career in organisational strategy, marketing and fundraising, as well as 16 years in the NFP sector. Julia also knows all the great providers and solutions available in Australia, including the 100 pre-vetted business providers in the Benefolk community, and can recommend a highly customised and tailored response to suit your needs.
