Join Benestar on Tuesday 8 November for a webinar on Performance Preparation. This webinar is free to join for all UNSW staff members.

Performance Preparation will help you to:

  • Understand the purpose and importance of a performance review
  • Learn how to gain positive value from your participation
  • Develop personal strategies to manage yourself and grow from the experience
  • Learn ways to give and receive feedback constructively
