Berri Rowing Club Dinner 2024

Prince Alfred College Rowing Club together with the Rowing Club Parents Support Group would like to invite you to our annual Riverland Regatta Dinner.

Saturday December 7th, 2024 at 6pm

Event description

• The Berri Dinner is a wonderful community event for the Boat Club, with all rowers, parents, siblings, old scholars, family members and friends invited to celebrate the club whilst enjoying the mighty Murray River in Berri.
• The Berri Football and Cricket Club are hosting us on their oval from 6 pm – late
• Address - Fiedler St, Berri, SA, 5343
• For those staying in the Riverside Caravan Park it is a short walk across the oval
• The Football and Cricket club will have the bar open, and we want as much patronage across the bar and therefore no BYO other than a bottle of wine per family
• Ticket prices: For Rowers/siblings - the ticket will include bbq dinner, drink and icecream. For Parents a 3 course meal with drinks available for purchase from the bar.

• Under 18 meal ticket @ $25.00 per head:

• Choice or combination of BBQ sausages with onion/coleslaw, minute steaks with onion/coleslaw & cheese and hamburgers.
• Salads and bread rolls
• Ice cream in cone
• 1 included soft drink on arrival

• Adult ticket @ $55.00 per head:

• Dips and toasted pitta bread for starters on arrival and before main meal
• Main Meal - Beef and Lamb rolled roasts with roast potatoes, salads, and gravy
• Cheese platters and fresh Riverland fruit for after dinner
• Bottle of Red and White from Fox Creek wines on arrival per table
• Live band

• The night will include:

• Some speeches but limited
• Live auction and silent auction
• Under 18s served out in front of the club allowing for games on the oval and adults sitting down upstairs
• Buy drinks over the bar at club prices

• Please encourage your year group parent group to organise tables of 10 and get behind the club for what will be a great night
