Pomaa
Seamlessly combining honeyed, warm vocals with dreamy, psychedelic arrangements, Pomaa is an expert in musical balance. In her songs, Pomaa dives deep into human relationships, wading through their complexities, joys, hardships, and everything in between.
The musician’s upcoming EP Bridge To Somewhere is set for release on 15th November. The five-track collection was written in a time of flux, and inspired by the many ways in which relationships had to shift and change with the onset of the pandemic.
This release is a follow-up to Pomaa’s debut single I Can’t Wait Til This Doesn’t Matter, released in May 2021. Having been warmly received by critics; Dana Scully of 4ZZZ described the track as “Aldous Harding from the era of Cocteau Twins,” while triple j and triple j Unearthed Radio supported the release with positive reviews and airplay.
